Brian Pollard : President
Brian Pollard started FairWyn 1993 with a vision of developing and building communities in the Geneva Lakes area. Brian received a BA from Wheaton College in 1989. After a successful career in the Chicago residential and commercial real estate market, Brian relocated his family and business to the Lakes area and FairWyn was born. Brian works with all project stakeholders, agencies, and municipalities to create win/win projects. Brian serves on many local organizations, including the Geneva National Foundation, School Board for Faith Christian School, and has coached high school boys’ basketball for over 15 years. He and his wife Becky are raising their young family in Lake Geneva.
Lynne Landgraf : Vice-President of Sales
Lynne joined the FairWyn team in 2005 after spending many years in the sales and marketing arena. As a fully licensed Real Estate Broker, she heads our Sales team. Lynne received a BS from UW-Stout in 1989. Lynne provides personalized design consulting for every project—working with each customer on every detail of the home building process. She is committed to the company mission of unsurpassed customer service. The proud parent of two teenagers, Lynne is actively involved in local community organizations, and was recently elected to the School Board of Williams Bay High School, where she resides.
Andrea Jensen : Finance Manager
Andrea joined FairWyn in 2002 and serves as its Financial Manager. Her responsibilities at FairWyn include project budgeting and tracking as well as office management for the company. Andrea received her BA from Geneva College in 1978. She and her husband Steve moved to Williams Bay in 1987 with their three daughters. The entire family has been very active in their church and non-profit organizations.
Kirk McClellan : Project Manager
Kirk has been an integral part of the FairWyn team for more than ten years. As Project Manager, Kirk is the first team member on our construction sites, as well as the last member to leave, as he ensures that every detail of the home is ready for our customers. Kirk also coordinates seasonal staff for all of our developments and construction projects. He is always willing to go the extra mile to guarantee that our customers are completely satisfied wtih their FairWyn experience. Kirk and his wife Liz are raising their young family in Lake Geneva.
